Do I need a referral?

Referrals are not required. If you have referral paperwork, medical documents or reports, test results or other usual information, you can provide these to us via email after booking your initial appointment.

Pricing and Fees

Starting prices are listed under Services. Please note:

• Our services are not bulk billed under Medicare Care Plans.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Full payment is required upfront, and prior to claiming any subsidy.

• There will be remaining out-of-pocket costs or gap fees, as Medicare care plans and some Private health insurance rebates do not cover the full cost of an appointment.

Are there options for fee assistance?

Medicare subsidies can be accessed to reduce out of pocket costs for some allied health consultations.

Please note: Medicare rebates are applied after payment, and Medicare will provide payment to your nominated account.

Speak to your GP about your eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (or Enhanced Primary Care Plan) to have up to 5 allied health sessions subsidised per calendar year. You will need to provide your GP with your preferred allied health clinician to include in the Medicare plan.
